Profile of the programme: 
The students of the field of Civil Engineering acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for designing, creation, usage, maintenance, and reconstruction of buildings and systems. They also acquire knowledge in architecture and building,in state management at the level of districts, cities,and districts within cities; in collective, public, and personal services. They possess the necessary knowledge in modern and energy-saving technologies of creation of effective constructions, articles,and materials for building-erection works and for reconstruction of buildings and automobile roads taking into account tendencies of rational nature management and environment protection.
The training of the students is strongly combined with research work in laboratories of departments with the use of modern equipment and software. The participation of students in designing and technological developments helps them to successfully master professional habits. The students do their practical training in leading enterprises of building sphere of Ukraine and those of Western region.

    The generalized object of the activity of the Bachelor in Civil Engineering contains processes of design, creation, operation, maintenance, and reconstruction of built objects and systems. Special kinds of activity are the following: industrial and civil engineering, town building and facilities, technology of building constructions, articles, and materials; automobile roads and airfields, bridges and transport tunnels; heat-supply and ventilation.
    Access to further studies: 
    The Bachelor in Civil Engineering can continue his/her training in a university in the second level of higher education (Master) in the specialities:Industrial and Civil Engineering (ICE), Town Building and Facilities (TBF), Technology of Building Constructions, Articles, and Materials (TBCAM); Automobile Roads and Airfields (ARA); Bridges and Transport Tunnels (BTT); Heat — and Gas-supply and Ventilation (HGSV).
    Examination regulations, assessment and grading: 
    Provisional regulation on knowledge evaluation and recognition of student’s rating in the credite-module system of training.

    Completed training curriculum amounting to 240 credits, successfully defensed Bachelor’s qualification work.
